WHAT WE BELIEVE

CORE VALUES

Christianity is much more than a bullet point list of beliefs. It's a way of life, a way of being in the world, a way of love. We seek to live out our faith in our individual lives, and in our life together as a church. With that said, here are just a few of our core values:

We are here to help not judge.

We believe that, at its core, the Christian faith teaches that God's love is redemptive. We are not perfect, and we are not what we one day shall be, and yet God loves each of us into a better life.

The church isn't a building. It's a people.

We don't go about this alone. We need each other and we are better together. We believe that the Spirit of God is already at work in everyone's life inside and outside of the church. But, we need each other to lean as we journey through life and faith together.

We are a church not just in the community, but a church for the community.

We seek to bring something of value to the world and the people around us. Jesus set the example by being with people in their day-to-day, and bringing them into a wholehearted life. We desire to make a significant impact in downtown Dunedin by way of God's goodness.

We are also part of something much bigger than just this church. We are a part of a global movement called United Methodism. Click           to find out more about what it means to United Methodist.
