The Groves with Pastor Charles of New Life Center in Zambia, Africa!
PASS+ is a new after-school tutorial program of United Methodist Cooperative Ministries located at Union Street United Methodist Church. The social hall is overflowing with children, youth, and parents every Monday – Thursday from 3:30 – 5:30. Bilingual children participate in learning enrichment activities, receive homework help, and are provided with reading, math, and science tutoring while their parents attend adult ESOL classes. The response has been overwhelming! They currently have more children and families on a waiting list. There is need of more staff and volunteers to serve! If you would like to be a part of a dynamic life-changing program and have just two hours a week to help make a difference in the life of a child – WE NEED YOU!
